USA Chapter Meeting, San Antonio, March 2009

Please see the attached letter from USA Chapter President, Marcia Maddox, inviting you to the IAML USA Chapter Meeting in San Antonio, Texas from 4th - 7th March 2009.  Click on the link under the header "Attachment" in the right-hand column of this e-mail to download and read Marcia's letter.

For those non-US Fellows wishing to attend the meeting, you should  note that there is now an additional requirement for visitors to the US under the Visa Waiver scheme.  Please visit  https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/ for more information and to apply online.  You should apply no later than 72 hours before travel but it would be wise to apply earlier so that you have enough time to obtain a visa if your application is not authorised online.
