Last Chance for Vancouver

With only 2 weeks now remaining before the meeting, almost 100 Fellows registered, two of the meeting tours sold out, our room allotment at The Sutton Place Hotel now coming close to being filled, and an extraordinary Education Program on offer, it looks as if the IAML AGM and Canadian Chapter meeting in Vancouver from 2 - 6 September is going to be a huge success.

It is not too late to register for the meeting and, although some of the tours are no longer available, there are still many opportunities to enjoy this beautiful city and its surroundings either as part of the IAML group or on your own.

If you would like to take part in the meeting and have not yet booked your hotel room or registered for the meeting then we strongly suggest that you do so immediately.

To book your hotel room:

• go to http://www.vancouver.suttonplace.com/
• quote the Group Code VC090831INT to gain access to the IAML's preferential rates.

To register for the meeting:

• go to the meeting web page www.iaml.org/events/agm_2009
• login to the IAML website
• don't worry if you don't know or have forgotten your password.  All you need to do is click on the Forgotten Password link under Member Login in the left-hand column of the page and enter your e-mail address exactly as it appears in your profile on the IAML website.  Click on the Send Password button and a new password and reminder of your username will be e-mailed to you
• once you are logged in, an online booking form will appear at the bottom of the meeting web page.  Simply fill in your details and those of your guests, choose the activities that you wish to join and checkout to book your place
• you may pay by credit card online or by post (in US dollars by cheque).
