Ian and Sandra Kennedy

Many of you will already be aware of the tragic loss of Ian and Sandra Kennedy's two children, Ross and Lisa, over a short space of time.  Ian has cheerfully volunteered to perform Herculean tasks for the Academy over the last three years, often in extremely trying circumstances.  Sandra has willingly given up her time and expertise to contribute to several IAML meetings as a speaker and is to do so once again in Vancouver, notwithstanding all that has befallen her this year.  The Executive has resolved to make a donation in the name of the Academy to The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation in Melbourne which is a charity close to the hearts of Ian and Sandra in memory of Ross Kennedy and Lisa Poole.  Any Fellow wishing to make a personal donation may do so at www.rch.org.au/rch_foundation.
