IAML Vancouver - Reminder to Register

 

Dear IAML Fellows

I am writing to remind you to register and book your accomodation for the IAML AGM and Canadian Chapter meeting which will take place in Vancouver, Canada from 2 - 6 September 2009.

Please note that we will not be able to guarantee the special room rates at the Sutton Place Hotel beyond 31st July and that some of the tours are limited and places are filling quite rapidly.

To register for the IAML AGM and Canadian Chapter Meeting 2009, you will need to go to the meeting web page and login to the IAML website.

Don't worry if you don't know or have forgotten your password.  All you need to do is click on the Forgotten Password link under Member Login in the left-hand column of the page and enter your e-mail address exactly as it appears in your profile on the IAML website.  Click on the Send Password button and a new password and reminder of your username will be e-mailed to you.

Once you are logged in, an online booking form will appear at the bottom of the meeting web page.  Simply fill in your details and those of your guests, choose the activities that you wish to join and checkout to book your place.  You can pay by credit card online or by post (in US dollars by cheque).
