May I remind all Fellows that the Annual Meeting of the Academy will be held in Vancouver, Canada, from Wednesday 2nd to Saturday 5th September 2009.
The annual meeting of the Canadian Chapter will be held in conjunction with it. This will be the first Canadian Chapter meeting on home soil.
Accommodation
The conference venue is The Sutton Place Hotel. A number of Fellows have already reserved accommodation and 20% of our guaranteed IAML block rooms are already booked. The conference room rates extend to 7 days prior to and 7 days after the meeting to enable delegates to spend additional time in Vancouver or take pre or post conference tours and return to the hotel.
Early reservations are recommended. Bookings can be made by following this link www.vancouver.suttonplace.com and quoting the Group Code VC090831INT .
Please note that although the conference rate may appear higher than the standard rate on the hotel website it includes breakfast (which is not shown in the advertised rate) and is in fact a special IAML rate. Please note that Government Taxes will be added once the room type has been selected.

Bard on the Beach
