Christmas Message to Fellows

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Academy I wish you and your families a safe and enjoyable holiday season. 

May I take the opportunity to remind you that the annual meeting of the Academy will be held in Queenstown, New Zealand from Wednesday 1 September to Sunday 5 September 2010. 

The Conference venue is The Crowne Plaza and a special IAML rate has been negotiated.  Direct online reservations may be made now by following the link to the Crowne Plaza IAML booking site .

I hope to see as many of you as possible in New Zealand in September 2010.

For those who cannot make it, the other Academy meetings for the year are:- 

• The US Chapter meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico from 3 - 6 February 2010;
• The European Chapter meeting in Munich, Germany from 5 - 8 May 2010.

The global financial situation made 2009 an interesting and challenging year.  Hopefully the worst is now behind us, and the process of recovery is well under way.  I trust that, whatever challenges it bring, 2010 will be personally and professionally rewarding for all of our and that our international practices are enhanced by the many benefits which Fellowship of the Academy provides.
