Book now for Puerto Rico

Dear Fellows,

I am writing to remind you that the IAML USA and Canadian Chapter meeting 2010 will take place in San Juan, Puerto Rico from 3rd to 7th February 2010.

I am delighted to inform you that Marcia Maddox has managed to obtain a reduction in the rates to be charged for three of the room categories (see revised registration form for rates) but hurry!... you must make your reservation before December 18th to obtain the special rates. 

The USA Chapter would like to invite any new Fellows or Fellows who have not been to an IAML meeting before to attend a dinner after the cocktail party on Wednesday 3rd February where they can get to know each other at the start of the meeting.  If this will be your first meeting, why not sign up for this meal on the revised registration form ?

Sadly, the dine-around on Thursday night has had to be cancelled, so Fellows will be on their own for dinner then.  You should also know that the Catamaran sailing trip on Friday afternoon has almost sold out, so please book now to avoid disappointment.
