Fiona Shackleton life peer

We congratulate Fiona Shackleton on the honour bestowed upon her recently of a life peerage. Fiona is amongst more than 50 new peers appointed to the House of Lords on 19 November 2010 when it was announced that Queen Elizabeth II would elevate Fiona and 53 others to Parliament's unelected Upper Chamber.
