Global Justice Initiative is a USA-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting access to justice, and the protection and empowerment of underserved, vulnerable and marginalized populations. IAML are working in partnership with GJI on their ACCESS Mediation Initiative - a program to develop and promote the proper use of mediation to resolve international parental kidnapping and cross-border child custody disputes, and ensure that children have appropriate access to both parents.
