Admission Criteria
To help you the Admission Criteria are set out below.

The candidate must be of good standing both in his/her own jurisdiction, and with any international professional organisation of which he/she is a member;

The candidate must be a practising lawyer of at least 10 years standing;

A significant amount of the candidate’s work during each of the last five years must be matrimonial/family;

The candidate must be competent in the English language;

The candidate must demonstrate an active interest in family/matrimonial law;
-
The candidate must have recognised expertise in the family/matrimonial law in his/her jurisdiction.

The candidate must have had family/matrimonial cases with an international element in each of the last five years.
