Welcome to the homepage of the European Chapter of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
The European Chapter was founded when the Academy was founded in 1986. The Chapter now has 150 members in 21 different countries, both within the European Union and without. The Chapter are always looking to expand their membership and are actively recruiting elsewhere in Europe.
The European Chapter meets once each year in the Spring or early Summer, each year in a different European Country. The 2008 European Chapter meeting will take place in Rome although bookings for this meeting have now closed. Future meetings will take place in Stockholm in May 2009 and in Munich in 2010.
